Teaching Philosophy

This week I am exploring my teaching philosophy for a class I am taking. I am curious if our teaching phiosophy's change over time. I took a quiz to see which philosophy's align with my beliefs. There were three predominate philosophy's that I scored high in reconstructionism, Existentialism, and Progressivism. How many of you believe that our teaching philosophy can change over time?

I do believe that your philosophy can change over time. I am more constructivism. We construct our understanding from the world around us. Good luck in all of your classes!

I don't think our personal philosophy changes. We may change some the ways we teach, but I think overall our philosophy reflects who we are at heart.

I think, depending on your experience, that your philosophy can change over time.

Your philosophy does come from the heart, but doesnt your heart change as your knowledge grows?
